Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping includes Canada and The United States (including Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii).  Free shipping is only available for Domestic Shipping locations.  The Domestic UPS Priority shipping upgrade may not always be available depending on your location however, if there is a service available that is faster than the basic free service, it will be substituted for UPS Priority (this may not be reflected at checkout).  If there is no upgrade available your UPS Priority upgrade fee will be refunded and your package shipped via the free shipping option.

For The United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand we have made every effort to provide accurate shipping options but due to the large variation in pricing for international, trans-continental shipping, there may be rare occasions when supplemental charges may apply.  If this is the case we will contact you before your order is processed to inform you of this at which time you will have the option to continue with your order or cancel with a FULL REFUND.

For all other locations or items with no shipping rate please contact us directly at sales@thegelcoater.com with your exact order as well as your exact shipping address and we can inform you of the shipping options available as well as their EXACT prices.

Please be advised that for ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we do not collect taxes or duties but they are still owed to your applicable governmental authority.  These will most likely be collected by your border/tax authority or on behalf of your border/tax authority by the courier you chose at checkout, when the item enters your country and will be payable by you at that time.
